Steve Cree spoke to us from Luke 6:27-42. Jesus calls for a higher standard of love than we might settle for: love your enemies. Ultimately he demonstrated this standard through dying for his enemies—us—on the cross.

Thanks for another great and challenging talk Steve. I’d never thought of the “Golden Rule” they way you put it – doing back to others the way we wanted them to treat us in the 1st place – it makes the whole passage make more sense to me.
