Thanks for the talk Steve. It is challenging that we answer what sort of King we want Jesus to be through our actions. It was also encouraging that we don’t serve to become saved or earn God’s love, but we serve because we are already loved and saved.
Yea, when I have the great oppotunity to tell kids at school about Jesus, one of the greatest things that amazes them about it all is that we are already saved, and theres nothing we can do to stop God loving us, and that we don’t have to earn it ourselves, which is great! If our salvation was up to us, we would be doomed. Thank goodness Jesus loves us so much he died for us
