Donations to PIM and Jericho Road

If you would like to help those struggling with the drought, we suggest two ways:
1) Give to support one of our PIM teams working in those areas. This will help put diesel in their tanks and
keep them get out to drought effected areas with the Good News of Jesus. Visit www.pim.org.au to find a
team to support.
2) Give to Jericho Road’s Drought Appeal. Jericho Road have in place a system to effectively distribute funds
for drought relief through Presbyterian Churches in NSW located in effected areas. Donations to Jericho
Road’s drought appeal are tax- deductible. Visit jerichoroad.org.au/donate/ to make a donation.

The Doova

This Saturday, September 8, join us at Tullera Hall for the Doova music and arts variety night. In support of student ministry at Southern Cross University, come along with your creative item to perform, or just enjoy the creativity of others. $10 including dessert.

Women Helping Women

On September 13 we’re commencing a 4 part webinar series for women over 18 which provides practical training to think biblically and minister graciously to sexual strugglers. It discusses God’s design for sexuality, how patterns of sexual and relational sin develop, and has biblical wisdom regarding the discipleship process. Come along to Park Ave at 7:30pm on September 13, 20 & 27 and then October 25.

 

Celebration Sunday Countdown

Celebration Sunday is only 3 weeks away! If you have been taking photos of church family activities throughout the year, please email them to dani@scpc.org.au for our photo montage. Please submit your 100 word stories soon so that we can incorporate them on the day. Don’t forget to sign up for a ‘side show alley’ game at  the Community table.
