NCCC Kids training: Asking Good Questions

NCCC Kids training event is on this Thursday 16th May. This will be a great opportunity to gain some training and insight from Emma Collette (Youthworks) on how to engage deeper thinking from our kids by ASKING GOOD QUESTIONS. This training will be useful, not only for kids church leaders & SRE teachers but also for parents to freshen up family devotional times.

About the Speaker

Emma Collett has been working in Sydney for Anglican Youthworks as a Children’s Ministry and Primary School Scripture Advisor for the past 9 years. Emma’s passion to teach children the good news about Jesus started from an early age. As a local Scripture teacher, and former Children’s and Family Minister at Christ Church St Ives, Emma understands the demands and opportunities that scripture teachers and children’s ministry leaders face every week.

This training will explore the following:

What makes a question good.

How to design good questions.

How to create space for children to think more deeply

The evening will be held at 10 Park Ave, East Lismore from 7:30 to 9pm. The cost is $10 to help towards expenses.
