Welcome to term 3 and our series in Luke’s gospel “now for some questions Jesus asked”. It was an important part of connect09 last term to address Lismore’s top ten questions about God, life and the Bible as we journeyed through our ’Got Questions’ series. This series is arguably even more important, however, as we work through Luke’s gospel encountering something even more important than the questions we ask of God: the questions HE asks of US. Asking questions was always a crucial part of Jesus’ ministry. Questions of the heart. Questions of our hearts. Questions that ultimately could not only be asked, but also only answered, by him.
