As you can see from our core values, our Sunday meetings are vital to our life as a church, especially reading and learning together from God’s Word, the Bible. As we’ve grown as a church we’ve realised more and more how crucial our small groups are in building on what happens on Sunday. To grow, we all need to connect and we all need to belong.

When you arrive at Southern Cross, you’ll be treated as a unique person.We’ll be keen to hear your story and to help you find a place to belong. If for you that means finding out more about what it means to connect with God, We’d be keen to explore that with you. If you’ve already connected with God and are looking to grow in that relationship, then one of our small groups is the place for you.

These groups give us much greater opportunity than our Sunday meetings to grow relationships: a group of people who are involved in each other’s lives and can look out for each other in real ways. Even if you’re unable to attend a weekly group, we’ll be keen to link you to one so that you can be cared for and included as much as possible.

Social events are often organised within small groups, sometimes just to get together, sometimes with the aim of inviting our friends and introducing them to members of our church family. If you’d like to find out more about our small groups, we’d love to chat about how you can get involved.
