There’s been some significant progress on the property front with a new agreement reached on the properties at 16 Wyrallah Rd & 99 Brewster St (pictured) at a price of $720,000. This is significantly less than the original price we had agreed and may even enable us to complete the purchase without having to take out a loan. We hope to exchange contracts within the next week or two and move towards the sale of our existing uni accommodation houses.
Crosthwaite’s Church Planter Assessment
Matt & Sue have received their church planter assessment report and have been recommended as suitable church planters provided we meet a number of conditions. This is very encouraging and helps us to keep moving ahead with plans for Goonellabah in 2017.
State of Origin Result
These likely lads (and a lass) turned the tables on their Northern counterparts to claim victory in Round 1 of the annual SCPC State of Origin Touch Footy clash. With a shift to Hepburn Park, the floods proved no barrier to Southern pride and the Queenslanders have been left with much to do if they’re to regain their crown. Any new players for either team are welcome to join in for game 2 @ Lismore High on Sunday 26th June.
Equip 2
