Joel 1:1-3:21
28 “And afterward,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your old men will dream dreams,
your young men will see visions. Joel 2:28
In the last days God did pour out his spirit at Pentecost in Acts 2. This transformed community would be a powerful witness of lives transformed by Christ. In the midst of opposition and hardship they would not deny their Lord, for they knew where the path of salvation (Joel 2:28) lay:
12Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name (Jesus) under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
In a society and a community that demands that all religions lead to God, will you as spirit filled believer proclaim, there is only one way to be saved?
