Taiwan Blog: Day 3

image2-1

Today started off well with some interesting Taiwanese breakfast! It was just different! Marshall took us through Acts 2 & 3 and really got us all thinking about church planting. We also looked into the Scott’s vision statement and all the different dimensions that are involved with it: “By God’s grace we want to see the Taiwanese working class families rescued from the dominion of darkness into the reign of king Jesus.”
We then went prayer walking in Da She, were we meet Mrs. Wu (as seen in picture) a lady who the Scott’s are getting to know. Her husband asked Marshall to pray for them today, they seem very open to the gospel.
This afternoon we visited Fengxiong (a primary school) were we played games with the children, told a bible story, showed the SCPC kids church ministry video, sang “10,9,8 God is great” with them and coloured in sheets.
Tonight we’ll be going out to dinner with the whole Scott family as well as the other family the are on mission with: the Hsu’s.
